Current Tenants

Move-out
 

You must have a check-out inspection. Please call an make an appointment. Inspections can be made from 9:00am to 5:30pm and are acheduled on a first-come first-served basis. Tenants are not required to be present at the inspection, but we recommend it.

All keys must be turned in. Do not give keys to incoming tenants or leave keys in unit.


Deposit Return
 

Deposits are returned within sixty (60) days of your lease expiration.

One check will be written to all tenants on the lease, not individual checks. Please see the Deposit Return page to learn more about individual checks being written.

Tenants are responsible to provide one forwarding address. If no forwarding address is provided, deposit returns will be sent to the last known address.

All possessions must be removed and the unit and yard must be cleaned before your check-out inspection. Use the Cleaning Check List to guide your cleaning efforts.

Should we clean our carpets?
A
We recommend letting us clean them. We can get better rates, and we also ensure they are cleaned properly. If you clean the carpets unsatifactorily, you may still be charged to have them recleaned.

Can we check out early?
A
Yes, if you move out early. All possessions must be out and cleaning completed before the check-out inspection.

If we move out early, do we get a refund on our rent?
A
No, tenants are responsible for the full duration of their lease.

Can we hire a maid?
A
Yes, but we recommend using our service to ensure correct cleaning. Please call our office to arrange cleaning services.
Q
What if we still owe utilities?
A
By law, all unpaid utilities and rents must be paid in full before deposits can be returned.
