Each
tenant can create an account and login to their Tenant
Portal. This Portal can be used to pay rent online, make
a Repair Request, check your balance, communicate with management,
see your lease and other documents, and more. Only tenants with
a signed lease, or that currently live in a PG Rentals Managed
property will have access. |

Move-out |

You
must have a check-out inspection. Please call an make an appointment.
Inspections can be made from 9:00am to 5:30pm and are acheduled
on a first-come first-served basis. Tenants are not required
to be present at the inspection, but we recommend it.
All
keys must be turned in. Do not give keys to incoming tenants
or leave keys in unit. |

Deposits
are returned within sixty (60) days of your lease expiration.
One
check will be written to all tenants on the lease, not individual
checks. Please see the Deposit Return
page to learn more about individual checks being written.
Tenants
are responsible to provide one forwarding address. If no forwarding
address is provided, deposit returns will be sent to the last
known address.
All
possessions must be removed and the unit and yard must be
cleaned before your check-out inspection.

recommend letting us clean them. We can get better rates,
and we also ensure they are cleaned properly. If you clean
the carpets unsatifactorily, you may still be charged
to have them recleaned. |
