To use our online rent payment system, you must login to the Tenant Portal. Your user name and password have been emailed to the address you provided us. To have your password resent, click the REQUEST NEW password link.

The online payment system allows you to make one-time payments, recurring auto payments, as well as payments for someone else, a relative for example.

PG Rentals does not keep passwords and cannot see your password. If you lose your password, please click the link below, "REQUEST A NEW ONE" link to reset your password.

For Rent Payments to be considered on time, the submit button (to complete your payment) must be clicked by 11:59pm on the 1st of the month.

Look for the Sign In area on the right side of the page.

Click HERE to go to the Sign In page.

To request a new password, click the link, REQUEST A NEW ONE.
